June Favourites

Hi everyone!

I've decided to make another segment on my blog site and I'm sure you've seen it everywhere across the internet but I'm going to start doing monthly favourites that will be posted just at the end of each month!

Let's see what I've been loving this month then!

Music

Picture
For this months music, I have been LOVING Nat and Alex Wolff. Now, Nat Wolff is starring in The Fault in Our Stars as Isaac, so you may recognise him from that. But also, a few year back both of them starred in a Nickelodeon show called The Naked Brothers Band (weird I know) and I use to watch it all the time and when I heard their music it was weird to think that I used to watch them on TV all those years ago! Anyways, I've been ADDICTED to them this month, but my most favourite track of theres is by far Cities (link below.) I just think its a beautiful song and so thats why it's made this months favourite!

Book

This month's book favourite is by far Paper Towns by the very famous John Green. It isn't as amazing as TFIOS, however it is very close! I couldn't put this book down at all after I brought it and I read it in about 3 days (that doesn't normally happen with me!) If you love TFIOS, I definitely recommend Paper Towns, it's beautifully written and you will get hooked on it!

YouTuber

Everyday of this month, I have been watching the Shaytards daily vlogs. They're a famous family on YouTube and do vlogs every day and I just love watching them as they're such a fun family (never a dull moment!) I've only been a subscriber for a few months but honestly, they're a great watch. Definitely check them out on YouTube!

Cosmetic

I'm not a big wearer of lipsticks, but I saw this Kate Moss lipstick in Superdrug and just had to buy it! It's a piercing red colour that looks so vibrant on your lips! I needed a lip colour for prom and this does the jobs amazingly! The texture is very creamy and the colour glides on smoothly and does last for quite some time!

Hair product

As you know I had my hair ombréd around a month ago. I desperately needed to get a shampoo that would protect my colour and ensure that it would stay for a while longer! I went to Boots and my friend recommended VO5 Cherish My Colour shampoo and conditioner. It has a lovely scent and I believe it has kept my colour in full vibrancy for over a month.

And that is it for this months favourites! I hope you enjoyed reading through what I've been loving and you will hopefully see a monthly favourites at then end of each month!

See you in the next blog post,

Grace x
